For singers (ticket buyers)

• You can cancel your ticket up to 24 hours before the event for a full refund.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of the event are not refundable.
• If an event is cancelled by the studio, you will receive a full refund automatically.

For studios

• Studios can cancel an event any time, but ticket buyers must be fully refunded.
• Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect your ability to host future events on Singr.

No-shows

• If you do not attend an event you booked, the ticket is non-refundable.
• Singr is not responsible for missed events due to travel delays, illness or other personal reasons.

How refunds work

• Refunds are issued through the same payment method used at booking.
• Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
